In what was essentially a no-brainer choice, Amanda Nunes was named to the UFC Hall of Fame's Class of 2025 Saturday during UFC 314 at the Kaseya Center in Miami.

Nunes, who became the first woman in UFC history to hold belts in two divisions, holds a slew of records.

“Amanda Nunes is the greatest female fighter of all-time,”  UFC President & CEO Dana White said. “Amanda was a great champion who had one of the most legendary careers in combat sports history. She is an incredible person, and it will be an honor to induct her into the UFC Hall of Fame this summer.”

The induction ceremony will be on June 26 in Las Vegas.

Nunes scored victories over a slew of elite fighters, including Cris Cyborg, Ronda Rousey, Miesha Tate, Germaine de Randamie, Holly Holm and the current bantamweight champion, Julianna Peña.

Amomg her achievements:

  • First woman to become a two-division champion.
  • With 12, owns longest winning streak in UFC women's history.
  • Most title fights (11) in women's UFC history and fourth-most ever.
  • With 10, most finishes in UFC women's history.
  • With nine, most first-round finishes in UFC women's history.
  • At 7, she has the most knockouts in UFC women's history.
  • Her 16 wins are second-most in UFC women's history behind Jessica Andrade.

Nunes indicated on Friday she is likely to come out of retirement to fight the winner of the bantamweight title fight between Peña and Kayla Harrison.
